LBA has been working in the Mbale Region in Eastern Uganda (in East Africa) since 2005. It currently supports community projects in Mbale and Manafwa Districts. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| In Mbale, LBA is supporting communities in Bukiende Sub County. LBA has protected 6 Water Sources, including one hand dug well, constructed 5 water tanks and provided 140 reading books to Primary schools in the Sub County. In Manafwa, LBA is supporting communities in Butiru, Bubutu, Bukusu and Magale Sub Counties. LBA has protected 17 Water Sources, including two hand dug wells, constructed 14 water tanks, and provided over 1000 reading books, 3 sets of musical instruments, text books and stationery to primary schools in the four Sub Counties. |
