Increased awareness maximises the benefits of clean water facilities. LBA sensitises community members on how to keep water clean and safe from the point it is collected until the point it is consumed, as well as how to reduce water related diseases, and improve the health of the family. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

LBA also trains community members to lead the initiative in
improving sanitation in homes and the community as a whole so they
can take full ownership and responsibility for community projects.
LBA uses non-formal education, including art, drama, music, and stories to make learning fun and easy, and most importantly, applicable to the local context. |
